This exercise is intended to help you explore a common yet elusive concept- PURPOSE. For most of us, exploring our purpose is a challenging process. These prompts can help you reflect on what Purpose means for you and help you connect it with your lived experiences. We will be taking in a systemic and intergenerational lens on what PURPOSE means.
Please do take the time to notice what gets stirred in you as you do this exercise. Have a much needed compassion break, if you notice yourself getting triggered. Better yet, explore this with a friend or a partner who you can feel safety and can hold space for you.
