Envisioning 2024

A New Year beckons reflection and planning. 

Let me guide you in taking your reflection and planning skills to the next level and invite intentionality and congruence for 2024! This will be a facilitated session. You will be engaging in different activities, journaling, and mirroring. It is highly interactive. My recommendation is to fully book the 3-hour session without any distractions.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

This workshop is for individuals who wish to have more intentional lives. Those who are longing to create opportunities that are in alignment to their core. It is for people eager to explore possibilites and claim their space!

I know how daunting facing the New Year can be. It's the big realization of how fleeting time is. A period that gets us wondering:

"How present was I on those that mattered?"

"How did I show up in life?"

"How would I like to move forward for the coming year?"

Let's move past the hurried and reactive self, and let's start adding more YOU in the equation!

THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THOSE WHO

- do not believe in reflection and planning. A vital part of this workshop is the ability to step back and re-examine current practices and to create structures for what we want to move forward with for the next year.

-are skeptical about exploring possibilities.  Although we would invite future casting in this workshop, we will also ground ourselves to practical and strategic actions.  The ability to imagine possibilities is a must to get us into clarity, alignment and structure!

- need more convincing to take up their space. This workshop is for people who are ready to claim their space and show up in the world in ways that resonates with them. If you are still unsure as to how to do this- we can also work one on one on this.

One of my deepest yearnings is for  people to be in a space of full clarity, to be in alignment with their core essence and to show up in the world with intentional presence. Imagine the possibilities when we can show up in our lives with fullness!
