Noticing & Sensing the Field
My writings emerge from the field—not from a detached perch, but from the pulse of lived experience. They are shaped by what I feel in my body, what stirs in my heart, and what unfolds in the spaces I inhabit.
I write through the lens of pakikiramdam—a deep Filipino practice of attuned sensing. It’s how I listen beyond words. How I stay with what’s unspoken. How I notice the subtle shifts in energy, emotion, and collective longing. This is my compass: what needs to be named, held, or honored in the moment.
Whether I’m writing about a conversation that cracked something open, a framework I’m weaving into my work, or a quiet realization that came while tending to my garden or my grief—each piece is an offering from presence. I write to make meaning, to create mirrors, and to invite others into reflection, reconnection, and re-rooting.
Here are different spaces where l share my work

NEURODIVERSITY
BRIDGING THE GAP
for all NEUROTYPES to Thrive
Embracing diversity in all its expressions is essential for thriving in the interconnected world of the 21st century. By celebrating differences, we unlock the potential for innovation, deepen our understanding of one another, and build inclusive communities where everyone can contribute meaningfully.

LIVING A LEGACY
Living a Legacy is my tending place.
Here, I offer musings from the heart—on healing, remembering, and reclaiming parts of ourselves often hidden beneath the surface. Living a Legacy is for those who are navigating transitions—grief, illness, burnout, identity shifts, or simply the ache of becoming. It’s for those who are curious about healing, not just as recovery, but as reconnection—to self, to others, to our ancestry, and the earth.

REDESIGNING LIFE AFTER BREAST CANCER
What happens after the last treatment?
When the hospital visits slow down, the body is scarred but alive, and the people around you are ready to move on—but you’re still holding a storm within?
This Substack space is a tender tending ground for all of us navigating after.
After the diagnosis. After the chemo. After the radiation. After the surgeries. After the world expects us to return to “normal.
